- Follow the instructions by entering your Telephone Account Number and PIN
- Record your welcome message and then press #
- To keep the message, press 2. To set it as your welcome message, press 1.
The welcome message can be changed at any time. Simply start the above process over again.
How to collect voice messages over the phone?
The instructions are:
- Phone your Unique Phone Number.
- As soon as it is answered, Press # .
- You will be invited to key in your Telephone Account Number and then your PIN.
- When prompted, to retrieve messages, press 1
Do you provide call records?

Can voice messages be delivered to more than one email address?
Yes. You can assign up to three other email addresses in addition to the primary email address to receive the voice messages.
Can the service manage multiple inbound calls arriving at once?
