      There is no set up fee with the service. The only once off charge you may incur are add ons, such as, a professional welcome message.

      Can Icommo upload a professionally created welcome message?

      Yes. We can upload a professionally recorded welcome message as long it is in the correct format.

      What is the format required for the professionally recorded message?

      Can we store more than one welcome message in the system?

      Yes. Multiple welcome messages can be stored in the system and interchanged via the phone or web account as the default welcome message at any time.

      When I receive a voice message, can I opt to receive SMS alerts?

      Yes. When voice and fax messages are delivered to your email inbox, you can receive SMS notifications. Extra charges do apply.

      Can I divert calls to another mobile or fixed line phone number?

      Yes. You can divert the calls to your mobile or a fixed line service. You can divert to up to three different answering points.

      How do you record a welcome message?

      1. Ring your Unique Phone Number 
      2. When answered immediately press #
      3. Follow the instructions by entering your Telephone Account Number and PIN
      4. Record your welcome message and then press #
      5. To keep the message, press 2. To set it as your welcome message, press 1.

      The welcome message can be changed at any time. Simply start the above process over again.

      How to collect voice messages over the phone?

      The instructions are:

      1. Phone your Unique Phone Number.
      2. As soon as it is answered, Press # .
      3. You will be invited to key in your Telephone Account Number and then your PIN.
      4. When prompted, to retrieve messages, press 1

      What is the Follow Me function?

      The Follow Me function allows you to set up a call diversion path so that the phone call literally follows you until it finds you. The Icommo service can try up to three separate phone numbers (answering points) before the call goes to voice mail if it is unanswered.

      When the Follow Me function is used, the caller is advised that they are being transferred to the various answering points.

      What is maximum amount of numbers you can have in a follow me list?

      The maximum amount of phone numbers is three and there are three follow me sets.

      What is immediate divert function?

      The immediate divert function allows you to divert calls to another number without any caller announcement or welcome message.

      Do you provide call records?

      Yes. Call records can be retrieved by our email command functions that provide an automatic report via email. For detailed instruction, please refer to our Self-Serve Support Guide.

      Can voice messages be delivered to more than one email address?

      Yes. You can assign up to three other email addresses in addition to the primary email address to receive the voice messages.

      Can the service manage multiple inbound calls arriving at once?

      Yes, and this is one of the big advantages of the service: it can handle many calls at once which eliminates the problem of clients and business partners receiving busy signals.

      Can we use same phone number to receive a fax?

      Yes the same phone number can receive a fax message and deliver the fax directly to your email address. A fax call can be answered at the at the same time as voice call.

      When receiving faxes to the email inbox, in what format are the files delivered?

      Fax documents are delivered to your email inbox as either PDF or TIFF file attachments.
